Insurance Information (WA State Residents Only)
If you live in Washington State and would like to use insurance, please schedule your appointment through AIMS Institute in Seattle, WA. We currently accept the following plans:
- First Choice Health Network
- Kaiser (PPO Plans only, no HMO plans)
- Lifewise of Washington
- MultiPlan
- Premera Blue Cross and Out-of-State Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans
- Regence
- United Health Care (closed to new patients)

For Out-of-State Patients or Those Without In-Network Insurance
If you're uninsured, out-of-state, or have an out-of-network insurance plan, the following time-of-service rates apply:
- First Office Visit (60 min): $350
- Follow-Up Visit (40 min): $225
- Follow-Up Visit (30 min): $180
- Follow-Up Visit (15 min): $120

Important Information for All Appointments
*All first-time visits are 60 minutes.
*Appointment length may vary based on case complexity and includes both face-to-face time and work done outside the visit (such as reviewing records, ordering labs or imaging, managing prescriptions, or handling prior authorizations).
*If any appointment exceeds 60 minutes, additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments at $60 per increment.
*These increments reflect required medical coding and documentation standards set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), allowing us to continue offering high-quality, whole-person care.
