Welcome

Dr. Ksenia Malarkey is a naturopathic physician specializing in integrative oncology, hormone health, and metabolic medicine. She works with patients navigating cancer treatment and survivorship, hormonal shifts, and complex chronic disease, skillfully bridging naturopathic care with conventional care.

Offerings

Whole Person Care

Comprehensive naturopathic care addressing the full clinical picture, with a focus on complex, multi-system conditions. Services include detailed health history and timeline analysis, advanced lab review and interpretation (standard labs, functional testing, hormones, and metabolic markers), personalized supplement and botanical protocols, targeted lifestyle medicine (nutrition, sleep, stress, and environmental exposures), and ongoing care coordination with your medical team. Ideal for patients with complex and chronic concerns who want a physician who reviews the entire chart and delivers individualized, data-driven care.

Integrative Oncology

Naturopathic support for patients in active cancer treatment and survivorship, including IV therapy (high-dose vitamin C, mistletoe/Iscador, ozone), low-dose naltrexone (LDN), and selective off-label medications with harm-reduction guidance for ivermectin and fenbendazole; botanical and supplement support alongside chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation; management of treatment-related side effects such as fatigue, nausea, neuropathy, and cognitive changes; dietary strategies targeting cancer metabolism; and coordination with oncology care teams. Commonly treated cancers include breast, ovarian, prostate, colorectal, lung, brain, and lymphoma.

Hormone Health

Assessment and management of hormonal imbalances across the lifespan, including perimenopause, menopause, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BiHRT). Services also include hormone management for cancer patients and survivors, thyroid disorders, adrenal dysfunction, and testosterone therapy for both men and women. Comprehensive hormone testing options include serum labs, dried urine testing (DUTCH), and salivary panels, with personalized, lab-guided treatment plans.

Metabolic Health

Comprehensive metabolic support for patients with cancer, insulin resistance, weight-related conditions, and fatigue. Care is focused on improving glucose regulation, reducing inflammation, optimizing mitochondrial function, and supporting healthy body composition.
Approaches may include targeted nutrition, evidence-informed supplementation, and, when appropriate, selective use of pharmaceuticals such as GLP-1 receptor agonists and peptides. All plans are guided by individualized lab assessment and ongoing monitoring to ensure precision and safety.
